Fórum Oceano – Associação da Economia do Mar is a legal person of private law, a nationwide nonprofit organization with unlimited duration, which supports the development of maritime activities in Portugal.
It consists of companies (public and private), educational institutions, R & D centers, associations (corporate and other) and local government entities.
