Purpose

At mare-centre.pt we process the information provided to us by interested parties in order to manage the sending of the information requested and to provide you with the services entrusted to us.

At mare-centre.pt we will not elaborate commercial profiles based on the information requested without your consent, and we therefore inform you that no automated decisions are taken.

Conservation of data

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the relationship between mare-centre.pt and the interested parties is maintained.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the management and response of the information requested by the interested party, as well as the provision of the services contracted and requested by the client or interested party.

The information provided by mare-centre.pt and the provision of its services to the interested parties and clients is based on the consent previously requested and accepted by the interested parties and users.

Target

Customer data will only be communicated, after prior information and acceptance for the provision of the service, as well as, if necessary, to group companies and collaborators, to the data processor and to those entities with which communication is necessary, in order to comply with the provision of the aforementioned service or to attend to the request for information.

The personal data that we process at mare-centre.pt comes from your requests and/or from the forms provided by the interested parties.

- Additional information provided by the data subject.

- No specially protected data is processed.

Data processing and rights

In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on Personal Data Protection and as regulated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you that the data provided by the interested parties will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Domain Manager  MARE STARTUP, from FCiências.ID – Associação para a Investigação e Desenvolvimento das Ciências, with address at Campo Grande, edifício C1, 3º, 1749-016 - Lisbon (Portugal) and VAT 514 187 808, with the purpose of being able to attend, manage and follow up on your queries and requests.

In compliance with the regulations in force, mare-centre.pt informs that the data will be kept for the legally established period.

Therefore, mare-centre.pt will treat your data in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, pertinent, limited, exact and up-to-date manner. For this reason, we undertake to treat them confidentially and to adopt all reasonable measures to ensure that they are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

In accordance with the rights conferred by current legislation on the protection of Personal Data, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or by e-mail to mare@mare-centre.pt.

We remind you that you may address any complaint to the competent supervisory authority.

The mare-centre.pt will not cede or communicate the data collected to third parties without the prior express consent of the interested party, except in the event that the communication is necessary to provide the service that the recipient has requested from us, and in those cases provided for by law.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

In general, relations with users and interested parties arising from the provision of services contained in this website are subject to Portuguese legislation and jurisdiction. Users of this website are aware of and voluntarily accept all of the above.
